When you feel threatened, your nervous system responds by releasing a flood of stress hormones, including adrenaline and cortisol, which rouse the body for emergency action. Your heart pounds faster, muscles tighten, blood pressure rises, breath quickens, and your senses become sharper. These things may occur without notice. On a cellular level your cells which are always adapting to life every second of the day, when in stress mode the cells oxygen levels begin to decrease making them vulnerable to become alienated from the body the when this occurs the energetic levels of the cells also drop and the cells begin to attack the body. All of this is taking place when stress kicks in. Now to be woke…. first let me clear the difference between being woke and being aware. When you are aware this just means that you have studied and you are finally seeing things in a different light, now this also occurs in the awoken phase but what seems to be the difference is that you exercise the knowledge obtained in your everyday life. Going a step beyond awareness, you are now solid on your individual truth and pushing through every day to design your innermost desired life as well as becoming one with nature all around.
